MASS EFFECT SERIES Even in as massive and diverse a place as the Milky Way Galaxy, there are some constants-- conflict, the cycle of creation and destruction, and the near inevitability of a cop's kid becoming a cop themselves. Such was the fate of Garrus Vakarian, whose father was a well-known and well-regarded investigator in the service of Citadel Security, guarding and policing the center of galactic commerce and politics. And although the turian regards his father as something less than warm and fuzzy, Garrus became a solid and dependable member of C-Sec, even assisting in the apprehension of the rogue Spectre, Saren. After becoming disillusioned with C-Sec and the Council, Garrus strikes out on his own as the vigilante known as Archangel. His path crosses again with that of Commander Shepard, who becomes the turian's best friend and a kind of mentor, continuing their relationship through ups and downs, through Shepard's apparent death, and the devastating war against the Reapers. Throughout it all, Garrus remains the same tough-skinned (literally) but kind hearted warrior he has always been, and a firm believer in the great possibilities inherent when the races of the galaxy cooperate. |
Garrus' default canon point picks up after the events of Mass Effect 2, but is flexible. I can play in action or prose, past or present tense, as needed. I'm not the fastest tagger, but will happily backtag a thread forever, so don't worry when RL gets in the way. Mun and muse are 21+ Garrus belongs to EA/BioWare and I lay no claim. |
